Refund policy
We offer a 30‑day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with full instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
